About Us

Welcome from the beautiful foothills of Colorado-the gateway to the Rocky Mountains. We have two labradors that are the center of our world. Over the past six years, we've fostered for a local labrador rescue. This has allowed us to test many products. We saw which products were favorites of the dogs. We saw which products held up, from puppies to seniors. In our quest for the best, we've discovered so many wonderful products that are made right here in the Rocky Mountain region.

We're looking out for the safety of our furry customers!

Since the scare of the pet food recalls, it's been a mission of ours to seek out products that are safe and healthy for our dogs. Toys manufactured in some countries don't have the strict standards to assure the toy your dog is chewing on doesn't contain dangerous chemicals.

So with concern for the safety of our pets, and impact on our earth, we've chosen a selection of premium products for your dog. Our goal is to offer organic, healthy and eco-friendly when ever possible.

PAYMENT INFROMATION:
We gladly accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We know when you place an order with us, you are eager to receive it. We are just as excited for you to get it and start using our products. Since this is the case, the majority of our items ship within two business days from when you place your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES:
We offer shipping to the United States. Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout through UPS. Shipping charges are base on weight and the speed of delivery you choose-Ground, 3 day or 2 day.

Alaska and Hawaii orders:
Will be charged the listed shipping rate plus a $8.00 surcharge.

Sales Tax:
Colorado customers will be charged the tax rate of the 'shipped to' address.

Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you find it necessary to return or exchange items, you may do so within 30 days of your original purchase. The items must be in original, resalable condition.

Please include a list of what is being returned, why it is being returned, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please list the item you would like instead, including color and size. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly if their is a difference in price.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning or exchanging, unless it is a manufacturing defect.

Canceling an Order:
We make our best effort to ship most orders within
24 hours because we know our furry customers are eager to receive their new items. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled on the website.
